Supporting a single business unit deployment, you will be responsible for assessing the impact of change, developing readiness plans and ensuring colleagues are prepared to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. Working closely with programme and business stakeholders, you will help drive successful adoption, support benefits realisation and contribute to the delivery of a consistent change approach across the wider Ad Astra programme.Core duties:Lead and document change impact assessments for a business unit deploymentIdentify the impact of changes to processes, systems, data and ways of workingFacilitate change impact workshops and produce clear outputs to support deployment activitiesDevelop and deliver business change and readiness plans aligned to programme objectivesCreate and map user journeys to support adoption of new processes and solutionsSupport the development of engagement and communication materials for different stakeholder groupsWork with business teams to identify, track and manage readiness activities and associated risksBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the businessMonitor and report on change progress, readiness activities and benefit realisation measuresCollaborate with programme, deployment and business teams to support successful implementationEssential Skills:Experience delivering business change and readiness activities within large-scale technology transformation programmesExperience leading change impact assessments, workshops and impact analysis documentationExperience developing change plans, user journeys and stakeholder engagement activitiesKnowledge of Finance processes, with Financial Planning & Analysis experience desirableSolid stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environmentThe Team:You will join the Ad Astra programme, a business-led, technology-enabled transformation that is modernising Finance across BAE Systems. The programme is focused on strengthening Financial Planning & Analysis capabilities through improved use of data, streamlined processes and more effective planning and forecasting. As part of the Business Change team, you will play a key role in supporting a major business unit deployment, working closely with Business Change, Delivery and Adoption leads to help colleagues successfully adopt new ways of working.
