Job Description Overview: Children and Teen Dental of Alabama is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its experienced clinical team in Tuscaloosa, AL. For over 30 years, the practice has delivered comprehensive pediatric dental care in a patient-centered, technology-driven environment.
Clinical Responsibilities: The role entails diagnosing oral conditions, designing treatment plans, interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays, monitoring dental development, and performing preventive and restorative procedures. The provider maintains patient records and delivers quality care while adhering to high ethical standards.

full-time $150,000 - $190,000 per year

BenefitsShift schedule features a flexible work arrangement to support work-life balance. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (facility operating hours).
RequirementsDegree: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited university-based program (ADA CODA). License: Active state license to practice dentistry. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Key Duties: Promote oral health, diagnose oral diseases, formulate and review treatment plans, interpret X-rays, monitor growth of teeth and jaws, and provide preventive and restorative care.
