Job Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Developer leads the design, development, support, and optimization of a large-scale Salesforce platform supporting statewide public health programs. This role emphasizes platform stability, secure integrations, modernization, compliance, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Support integrations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and release management.
• Maintain platform security, compliance, monitoring, and documentation.
• Lead CI/CD processes, environment management, and provide technical mentoring.
• Support license optimization and facilitate internal knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 11+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, integrations, and DevOps.
• Experience in secure, large-scale Salesforce environments.
• Strong documentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in public-sector or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with observability tools, resilience engineering, and secure cloud integrations.

Special Considerations:

• Work involves maintaining compliance and security in a regulated public health environment.

Scheduling:

• Location: Indianapolis, IN.
• Work Model: Hybrid for local resources; remote for non-local resources.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
