We're looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Warren Avenue hospital. In this key leadership role, you'll partner closely with hospital leadership to support our Urgent Care and Specialty teams, cultivate a collaborative and positive workplace culture, and ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and clients. The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing hospital operations, leading and developing a high-performing team, optimizing workflows, and driving operational excellence. Schedule This is a full-time position: 40 - 45 hours/week Schedule will initially include a combination of daytime, evening and weekend hours As the practice grows and our hours expand, this schedule may be adjusted to meet hospital needs The Practice Manager will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule to support patient care, hospital operations, and business needs as our practice evolves Compensation $90,000 - 110,000/year What's In It For You At PVESC, we take care of our team just as we care for our patients—wholeheartedly.
