Position Purpose
Under direct supervision of the Director of Development, The Volunteer & Corporate Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of BGCSF's volunteer program, including recruitment, training, scheduling of individual and group volunteers, and policy alignments. The Volunteer Manager also serves as BGCSF's primary corporate engagement liaison as well as liaison to the NextGen Leadership Council, BGCSF's young professional group.
This position is a full time exempt position at our John N. Callander Administrative Office. This position is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, Monday to Friday.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and BGCSF needs. At BGCSF, our decisions are based on other factors and dependant on circumstances for each position. Depending on the need and requirement of the position, an individual could be hired at or near the entry level, mid - level or top of the range for their role and compensation. As such, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 annually.
